MDRC cultivates disability pride and strengthens the disability movement by recognizing disability as a natural and beautiful part of human diversity while collaborating to dismantle all forms of oppression.

Michigan Disability Rights Coalition (MDRC) strongly believes people with disabilities can be leaders in their community. Leadership Development Opportunities and Connections for Community Leadership (CCL) are programs that support emerging leaders.
